OUR SOUPS

 

Our soups are made fresh daily in small batches by our chefs and staff right here in Baltimore. They are created using only the freshest ingredients.  There are no artificial ingredients or preservatives in any of our soups.
 

We offer 7 (seven) fresh and delicious soups:

  • Broccoli Cheddar Soup

  • Chicken Noodle Soup

  • Tomato Feta Bisque

  • Chicken Corn Chowder

  • Hearty Vegetable Soup

  • Maryland Crab Soup

  • Cream of Crab Soup

We add and remove soups seasonally.

COMBO MEALS

Our Combo Meals are the perfect way mix and match from our menu.  Each meal comes with your choice of side, regular chips or BBQ.  if you get soup it comes with a slice of ciabatta soup bread.  Add a drink and a salad to complete your meal.

Soup & Sandwich Buffet

OUR SANDWICHES

Our sandwiches are handcrafted to order.  We use only the freshest ingredients making each and every sandwich wholesome, unique and most of all, tasty!

  • Chicken Pesto Panini – Grilled chicken breast, baby spinach, fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, red onions and basil pesto on fresh sourdough bread.​

  • Turkey BLT Panini – Roasted turkey breast, smoked bacon, field greens, tomatoes and pomegranate mayonnaise  on toasted whole grain bread.

  • Farmhouse Vegetarian Panini– Field greens and baby spinach, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and basil pesto on toasted whole grain bread.

  • Three Cheese Veggie Panini – Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese and fresh mozzarella cheese with baby spinach, tomatoes and balsamic glaze and olive oil on fresh sourdough bread.

  • Turkey Tuscan Panini – Roasted turkey breast, baby spinach, smoked bacon, white cheddar cheese, red onions and roasted red pepper aioli on fresh sourdough bread.

  • Chicken Avocado Cobb Panini - Brown sugar bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, baby spinach, tomatoes and  avocado Ranch spread on toasted organic grain bread.

  • Grilled Cheese Bacon & Tomato Panini -  Brown sugar bacon, tomatoes and American cheese melted on fresh sourdough bread.

  • Spinach & Pesto Grilled Cheese Panini-  White cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, tomato, spinach and basil pesto sauce on fresh sourdough bread.

  • Reuben Panini- Top round corned beef, old fashion sauerkraut, swiss cheese and thousand island dressing on fresh marbled rye bread .

  • Rachel Panini- Roasted turkey breast, homemade coleslaw, swiss cheese and 1000 island dressing on fresh marbled rye bread.

  • Ham & Cheese Panini- Black forest ham, swiss cheese, onions, and mustard or mayo.  Served on fresh sourdough bread.

  • Roast Beef Panini- Lean shaved roast beef, swiss cheese, onions and our own tiger sauce.  Served hot on fresh sourdough bread.

  • Turkey Bacon Wrap– Roasted turkey breast, smoked bacon, imported Swiss cheese, field greens, tomatoes and country Dijon honey mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

  • Chicken Salad Powerhouse Wrap – Our house recipe chicken salad, imported Swiss cheese, field greens, tomatoes and cucumbers in a whole wheat wrap.

  • Big Kahuna Tuna Wrap – Our house recipe tuna salad, cheddar cheese, cucumbers, field greens and tomatoes in a whole wheat wrap.

  • Egg Salad Wrap- we make it right and over stuff this egg salad sandwich served with field greens and diced tomatoes in a whole wheat wrap.

  • Vegan Veggie Wrap- Roasted red pepper humus, field greens, cucumber, red onions, and tomatoes.  Topped with balsamic glaze in a whole wheat wrap.

OUR SALADS

 

Our fresh made salads are created using produce delivered that very day! We hand craft them each morning in our stores, ensuring the freshest possible salads for our guests.

  • Cobb Salad – Field greens, bleu cheese crumbles, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and hard boiled egg. Served with Ranch dressing.

  • Santa Fe BBQ Salad – Field greens, sweet corn, black beans, shredded Monterey Jack cheese and tomatoes. Served with BBQ Ranch dressing.

  • Caesar Salad – Chopped kale and field greens topped with grilled chicken, shaved Parmesan cheese, sunflower seeds, tomatoes and our Italian croutons. Served with Tuscan caesar dressing.

  • Napa Valley Salad – Baby spinach and field greens, blue cheese, sun-dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and red onions. Served with pomegranate vinaigrette.

  • Mediterranean Market Salad – Baby spinach and field greens, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, pepperoncinis, cucumbers, red onions and tomatoes. Served with Greek feta dressing.

  • Fuji Apple Salad – Field greens, bleu cheese crumbles, Fuji apple diced, tomatoes, red onions and sunflower seeds.  Served with white balsamic vinaigrette.

  • American Classic Salad – Baby spinach and field greens, tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers and our Italian croutons. Served with white balsamic vinaigrette.
