Our journey of serving guests began with a simple goal of making delicious, fresh, homemade food to serve to our community.

We began as a food truck serving unique and creative flat bread sandwiches at food truck events, festivals and private catered events.  We honed our talents for developing flavors,  serving groups, and catering events as a food truck and took that knowledge to expand into the business we are today.

Over the last several years we expanded our menu, creating a large, fresh, homemade selections of meals for the Business to Business catering market.
